
Another great recipe to cook up for Mom on Mothers Day! Salmon is a favorite in our house, and this dill cream sauce really made it even better. I typically cook our salmon on the gill, but you can do the oven to. I paired with some baby red potatoes, and corn. This meal is quick, and easy clean up. Perfect way to treat Mom special on Sunday!!
BAKED SALMON WITH DILL CREAM

INGREDIENTS
- PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 4 4 fillets = 1 lb frozen salmon fillets
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
- 3 1% tablespoons lowfat
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray foil-lined baking sheet with cooking spray. Place FROZEN fillets, skin-side down, on baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt. Bake 20 to 24 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork (145°F).
Meanwhile, stir together remaining ingredients in small bowl. Serve over fish.
