I was glad the rain held off so I could grill these yummy sandwiches. The cajun seasoning gives these a kick, but not to much just enough to make the tasty. Towards the end of summer I start to get sick of hot dogs and burgers, so these cajun chicken sandwiches were a perfect addition to the menu. I paired ours with potato salad from the Cub deli, which is always fresh and good. Try these you wont regret it!!
