I decided to do one last grilling recipe for the season since the weather has been so gorgeous, and what better way to go out then with a BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger! Everyone loves a good burger, and when you add cheese, bacon, bbq sauce, mushrooms, and onions it’s even better. These burgers are delicious, I added lettuce and tomato to them as well. Our side was super simple chips and top the tater, a MN staple. If you’re looking to grill a few more times try this recipe you won’t regret it.

Meanwhile, in medium skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onions and mushrooms; salt and pepper to taste. Sauté until onions are golden brown and mushrooms are softened (about 5-7 minutes).
