
This week’s recipe is PERFECT for kids! Bacon Cheeseburger and Fries Casserole, my kids LOVED it! So simple and has so many favorites, bacon, cheese, fries and hamburger. The weather has been great, but I’m still choosing recipes that scream MN fall!! Definitely follow the recipe and broil at the end so the fries get nice and crispy. Try this one and you won’t regret it.
BACON CHEESEBURGER & FRIES CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 pounds grass fed organic 90% ground beef
- 1/2 (16 ounce) package Essential Everyday Naturally Hardwood Smoked Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 10.75 ounce can condensed French onion soup
- 1 cup Essential Everyday Sour Cream
- 2 cups Essential Everyday Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese divided
- 1/2 (32 ounce) package Essential Everyday Frozen Classic Fries
DIRECTIONS
In large skillet, over medium heat, cook and crumble ground beef until no longer pink; drain. Stir in bacon, soup, sour cream and 1 cup cheese.
Transfer to a greased baking dish. Arrange fries over casserole. Bake in a preheated 450�F oven 20 minutes.
Turn oven to broil; broil 3-4 minutes or until fries are golden. Top with remaining 1 cup of cheese; continue broiling until cheese is melted (1-2 minutes).
