Dinner doesn’t always have to be 9 courses or hard! These tuna melts are proof of that! I usually cook my tuna melts on hamburger buns, and in the oven, but this recipe showed how to make them like a grilled cheese and add a tomato. Seriously SO GOOD!!! I paired them with some simple chips that are 2 for $5 this week at Cub. Easy dinner and everyone loved it! This recipe also calls for adding pickles to the tuna, and I have never had that. However from now on I am always adding them. They give it an extra flavor punch!!
