SUPERIOR, WI (KDAL) – The Superior Fire Department responded to a fire at 4920 St. Croix Drive around 12:30 Wednesday morning.
They arrived to find a mobile home with fire coming out of the roof and most windows of the structure.
Although crews attempted to enter the home, heavy fire involvement and structural damage kept them outside where the fire was fought defensively.
An occupant of the home was located staying with a family member and nobody was found inside.
No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
The home and contents were a total loss and damages were estimated at 50 thousand dollars.
