
There is nothing better for dinner in MN on a cold night than a hot casserole!! This Chicken n Rich Casserole recipe is so good. The recipe called for canned chicken, however I used chicken breasts. I cooked them on low all day so they were ready when I prepped the casserole later. This was super quick, and I absolutely loved the french fried onions on top. What I love about a casserole is that you don’t have a lot of different sides to make, it’s one entree. Check this recipe out you won’t be disappointed.
