MT. IRON, MN (KDAL) – The St. Louis County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a fight involving multiple individuals at the Sawmill Saloon in Mountain Iron.
When officers arrived around 12:35 a-m on Wednesday, it was determined that two people involved in the altercation were stabbed.
The two were taken to the Virginia Regional Medical Center where they were treated for non life threatening injuries and released.
The names of those involved are being withheld as the investigation into the incident is ongoing.
UPDATE: A 19 year old Virginia man was arrested in connection with the incident and was jailed on preliminary charges of 2nd degree assault.
