DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Duluth Police have a 25 year old suspect in custody following a stabbing that occurred early Sunday morning in the 100 block of West 1st Street.
The victim, a 37 year old man, was taken to a hospital with non life threatening stab wounds.
According to police, the men were fighting in the bathroom of that facility when the stabbing occurred. The suspect fled the scene on foot and was located later in the area of North 2nd Avenue West and 3rd Street.
He faces pending charges of 1st degree assault, threats of violence and obstructing.
